Sarah asked:
I found this recipe on Kraftfoods.com, but it calls for a packet of Shake & Bake seasoning, and I don’t have one. Are there other seasonings I might have at home that would taste good, too? Thanks~
4 bone-in pork chops (1-1/2 lb.)
1 pkt. SHAKE ‘N BAKE Original Pork Seasoned Coating Mix
1 lb. potatoes (about 2 medium), cut into thin wedges
2 Tbsp. KRAFT Zesty Italian Dressing
1/2 cup KRAFT Original Barbecue Sauce
1 cup KRAFT Shredded Low-Moisture Part-Skim Mozzarella Cheese
PREHEAT oven to 400°F. Coat pork chops with coating mix. Place in foil-lined 13×9-inch baking pan.
ADD potatoes; drizzle with dressing.
BAKE 30 min. Top each pork chop with 2 Tbsp. barbecue sauce and 1/4 cup cheese. Bake an additional 5 min. or until cheese is melted.

crymeariver asked:
I have all this boneless pork that I need to use up, and was wondering if anyone knows of a good recipe for either porkchops or barbecue pork chops. I don’t have any fancy ingredients like barbecue sauce or anything just regular ketchup and so on. Does anyone know of a way I can make a breading for the porkchops if I were to fry them? Any help appreciated.
