You can post the recipe here, or you can link me to one, But I haven’t been able to find a website that really breaks it down.
Does anyone have an idea?

I’d like to bake the meatballs and place in crockpot til serving time. I’d like the sauce to not be sugary(jelly) or the barbecue kind. The recipe is for party meatballs, maybe some type of dry cheese in the meatballs? Any ideas? Cheese is not required… but looking for a low sodium recipe. Thanks
Thanks to all who respond.

I am a semi-experienced barbecue saavy teenager who loves grilling ribs and making the barbeque sauce from scratch. I get many complements for my ribs and the sauce but would like to have different variations of the sauce. Anyone have suggestions?

I am still working on building my Barbecue Recipe Blog. All of the recipes on the blog (except for my own) have been donated by people from around the world. If you have BBQ recipes (main dishes, vegtables, desserts, whatever!!) that you’d like to share, please let me know.

There’s a great restaurant in the Sacramento, CA area called Mikuni’s where they serve tuna with a spicy red sauce. I think it may have a miso base, but it looks like a barbecue sauce. Does anyone have a recipe for it?

I cook for my family every day and we have hit a rut. We are tired of the same old barbecue, fried, and baked chicken. Does anyone have any good recipes for chicken legs? I’m open to any suggestions or ideas. Thank you!

I found this recipe on Kraftfoods.com, but it calls for a packet of Shake & Bake seasoning, and I don’t have one. Are there other seasonings I might have at home that would taste good, too? Thanks~
4 bone-in pork chops (1-1/2 lb.)
1 pkt. SHAKE ‘N BAKE Original Pork Seasoned Coating Mix
1 lb. potatoes (about 2 medium), cut into thin wedges
2 Tbsp. KRAFT Zesty Italian Dressing
1/2 cup KRAFT Original Barbecue Sauce
1 cup KRAFT Shredded Low-Moisture Part-Skim Mozzarella Cheese
PREHEAT oven to 400°F. Coat pork chops with coating mix. Place in foil-lined 13×9-inch baking pan.
ADD potatoes; drizzle with dressing.
BAKE 30 min. Top each pork chop with 2 Tbsp. barbecue sauce and 1/4 cup cheese. Bake an additional 5 min. or until cheese is melted.

We have a gas barbecue and also a small charcoal barbecue, but I’ve never been able to make anything really impressive on it. Generally things come out worse than if I’d cooked them indoors. I can try the injection thing on meat but I’d have to buy the parts. Plus I want to include vegetables and all that. Menu suggestions and or recipes for barbecue welcome. What makes for a good barbecue?
