		<description>I use regular baking soda, it&#039;s natural and gentle for your skin, leaving it a nice healthy glow. I keep the box near the shower, but far away where it doesn&#039;t get wet and I use it in there. 

I suggest very little olive oil on your skin if you are prone to severe dry skin.

Add more oil/sugar accordingly depending on how much area of the skin you wish to exfoliate.
