What is the best homemade recipe for an exfoliator?
Sarah C asked:
I’m looking to be smooth and sleek for a barbecue tomorrow.
What are some good homemade recipes? If you could include amounts that would be great, e.g. how much salt or olive oil or whatever ingredient you should use.

Hi there,
I would suggest a few spoonfuls of sugar and 100 ml of oil mixed together then onto the skin.
Add more oil/sugar accordingly depending on how much area of the skin you wish to exfoliate.

I use regular baking soda, it’s natural and gentle for your skin, leaving it a nice healthy glow. I keep the box near the shower, but far away where it doesn’t get wet and I use it in there.
I suggest very little olive oil on your skin if you are prone to severe dry skin.
Hope that helps.
