How to cook Pork Tenderloin on the barbecue ?

slowly- with lots of marinade and basting

I always marinade them in a Lawry’s marinade, and put a couple on the rotisserie – basting occasionally

Season it and grill on low heat. Use a meat thermometer and cook to 150. It will be SLIGHTLY pink in the middle but will be moist and tender.
