Does anyone know a dedicated barbecue sauce recipe for hot barbecued ham sandwiches, served on a seeded bun?
There is a barbecue restaurant in Las Vegas, Nevada, that I used to frequent when I lived there more than thirty-five years ago. No matter how many times I have tried to make a similar – tasting sauce (from memory) I have yet to get near what it tasted like. Yet the memory of it makes my mouth water; and I am ready to try again. Any ideas from lovers of hot barbecued ham sandwiches? You could make my day. I have lived in London for twenty plus years, do not get back to the states very often. Probably the place is a casino now.
