		<description>I assume you&#039;re looking for a sauce. Mine includes the following to personal tastes:

katsup
apple cider 
apple cider vinegar (or balsamic)
garlic
onion (dried or fresh)
basil
coarse ground mustard
molasses
worchestershire sauce
soy sauce
brown sugar or maple syrup 
pepper and salt
lemon juice
hot sauce
liquid smoke
ginger

Make sure you cook these together over a low flame for at least one hour (stirring regularly) before using it to grill.</description>

		<description>My husband uses garlic alot and red wine vinegar or worchestershire sauce.  Then he grills them in his smoker with hickory chips.  But I don&#039;t like it smoked so it is good w/out being smoked.</description>
