at a guess
3 tablespoons tomato sauce 
1 tablespoon any vinegar
1 tablespoon any sugar
1 teaspoon tomato puree
1 clove garlic - optional
1 chilli - optional or chilli sauce
1 - 2 teaspoons soya sauce or 1 of worcester sauce
 - just mix and use as a marinade, dip of baste on to the meat while cooking.</description>

		<description>i make a spicy one from ketchup (or tomato sauce), mustard, a dash of vinegar, maple syrup, a bit of brown sugar, cloves, cayenne pepper (or Frank&#039;s red hot), S &amp; P, and some chili powder. also, some worchestershire sauce, a tsp of coco powder, and other spices &amp; seasonings as well (they vary according to my mood: garlic &amp; onion powders, curry, paprika, etc)

it&#039;s awesome on pork, as well as chicken.</description>
