    Ketchup, molassas, crushed garlic, finely chopped onion, black pepper, worstechshire sauce, hot sauce and brown sugar.

    marinate the meat in soy sauce, garlic, pear & kiwi x

    sticky b b q sauce:- you need honey, tomatoe sauce and soy sauce. mix them together in a bowl and them either baste or marinade, if you want smokey add a pinch of paprika

    honey-very finely chopped onion- ketchup-worchestershire sauce-soy sauce. combine all in pan and cook through for 10mins pass through sieve serve hot or cold.
    If you’d like it a bit spicier try adding a spot of chilli.

    Ingredients :
    80 calories per serving

    1 kg tomatoes
    1 onion
    2 cloves garlic
    1 teaspoon tomato purée
    1 tablespoon oil
    cayenne pepper

    Recipe :
    Slice the vegetables.
    Mix the onion and garlic, add the tomatoes, tomato purée and pepper.
    Cook over a low heat for 20 minutes.
