Wut i do is i get some oranges, if u can get sourer oranges even better, kus they tenderize the meat. on top of this if u like some spice to it...u can add some beer to it, dark beer is to sweat so get a beer that is really ganna give the meat that taste of hops in it......i would also do another batch with rum or some tequila just to a do a variety in your servings, by the way if u leave the meat in ur fridge for a couple of nights its better, kus the taste really gets in the meat; on the other hand done worry about the alcohol ini it, i'll be cooked and only the taste will be in the meat to ur kids kan eat it too....good luck get some of the essentials, salt, peppers, and here comes the interesting.
