Anyone have some good recipes for home-made Barbecue sauce, or marinade for steak, chicken, fish, etc?

get some of the essentials, salt, peppers, and here comes the interesting. Wut i do is i get some oranges, if u can get sourer oranges even better, kus they tenderize the meat.
on top of this if u like some spice to it…u can add some beer to it, dark beer is to sweat so get a beer that is really ganna give the meat that taste of hops in it……i would also do another batch with rum or some tequila just to a do a variety in your servings, by the way if u leave the meat in ur fridge for a couple of nights its better, kus the taste really gets in the meat; on the other hand done worry about the alcohol ini it, i’ll be cooked and only the taste will be in the meat to ur kids kan eat it too….good luck
