Cookeryclub have a great bbq section –
but i use
1 teaspoon sugar, vinegar, tomato puree,
1 tablespoon ketchup or tomato sauce
1 clove crushed garlic – optional
pinch spice, pinch seasoning
maybe a teaspoon of mustard as well
make it your own add all sorts
fresh chilli,
balsamic,
smoky sauce etc

Ingredients for “A Good Barbecue Sauce”
1 (12 fluid ounce) can Cola
1 cup Ketchup
1/4 cup minced Onions
Garlic Powder
1/2 teaspoon Hot Pepper Sauce
1/2 cup Honey
Method for “A Good Barbecue Sauce”
In a medium saucepan, combine the cola, ketchup, onion, garlic powder, hot pepper sauce and honey. Cook over medium heat until thickened.
Preparation time: 5 minutes
Cooking time: 35 minutes
